Steiner advocates restriction aero development: 'That would be a good help'
Formula 1 wants to make the difference between the teams smaller, making it more exciting and giving the smaller teams a chance to compete for the championship. Many ideas for this have already been put forward and the first improvements should be visible at the start of the new regulations.
