Lauda brings home maiden win and 50th Ferrari triumph

©BernardCahier A jumping-jack Luca di Montezemolo flanked by the checkered flag man greeted Ferrari driver Niki Lauda for his maiden F1 win achieved at Jarama 46 years ago today. It was a 1-2 finish for the Scuderia in Spain, with the young Austrian leading home team mate Clay Regazzoni. It was also the House of Maranello's 50th Grand Prix win.
