Hat-trick of second place finishes for Verstappen on Supercars debut
Max Verstappen is competing as a wildcard driver in the BP Supercars All Stars Eseries. With two races taking place on the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit and a further two on the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the second at Silverstone being a reverse grid race, chaos is almost guaranteed. Verstappen started in sixth for the first race at Silverstone but quickly climbed to fourth within the first few corners but the Dutchman wasn't done there, passing Supercars champions Shane van Gisbergen and Scott McLaughlin as the pair ran wide at Stowe on lap one.
