Wolff: Aston Martin move out of the question
Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff has declared that a switch to Aston Martin's new Formula 1 operation "is definitely out of the question". Wolff has been rumoured to be part of the project when it enters F1 in 2021 under the guidance of current Racing Point owner Lawrence Stroll. Article continues under video Former F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone even suggested to GPFans that due to the close friendship between Stroll and Wolff that it was "more than likely" the latter would join Aston Martin, potentially as chief executive.
