Binotto: We are keeping to our plan for 2020/21

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto has reiterated that nothing has changed for his team after an underwhelming showing in preseason testing, with his sights still firmly set on competing for the 2020 Formula 1 world championship. Speaking to reporters after testing finished last week at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, the Italian suggested that while the new SF1000 needs improvement, he doesn't see cause to start curtailing development as of yet.
