Honda are 'far ahead of Ferrari' in terms of development

Red Bull Racing's gamble to use the Honda engine in 2019 paid off and it seems that things will be positive again in 2020. According to Andy Cowell, head of engine development at Mercedes, the Japanese company is developing its engine even faster than Ferrari.  "Honda is the manufacturer that has developed the most this year, they are far ahead of Ferrari when it comes to their level of development," Cowell said to Motorsport Magazine.
