Williams confirms date for FW43 digital launch

Williams will unveil its Mercedes-powered FW43 during a digital reveal on February 17, just two days before pre-season testing gets underway at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The Grove-based outfit endured a torrid 2019 season – its worst in Formula 1 – after only scoring a solitary point at the German Grand Prix. Williams suffered greatly with a recalcitrant car in 2019 and was off the pace of the midfield. It was announced on Tuesday that new key personnel will be joining the team with David Worner taking up the role of Chief Designer while Jonathan Carter will act as Deputy Chief Designer and Head of Design.
