Williams strengthen technical lineup

Williams have added to their technical team with the appointments of experienced duo David Worner and Jonathan Carter. Also announced was Adam Carter in the position of Chief Engineer. Williams face another tough Formula One season in 2020. Having scored just a single point in 2019 and finishing last in the constructors' standings, it is likely that these new signings have been made largely with a view to the dramatic regulation changes coming for 2021.
