Mark Webber says 2019 was Sebastian Vettel's 'worst season'

Sebastian Vettel's former Red Bull teammate Mark Webber believes that 2019 has been Vettel's "worst season" in F1. The German was beaten by Charles Leclerc at Ferrari, just the second time he has been outscored by a teammate in his F1 career, with Daniel Ricciardo in 2014 being the other occasion. Vettel has had a tough year on track, with mistakes and bad luck seemingly going against him, and his relationship with Leclerc seems to be only heading in the wrong direction.
