Jacques Villeneuve lashes out at budget cap: 'It's pure socialism'

The announcement of the new rules last week has been a big talking point over the last few days, with most people pretty happy with them, but former F1 world champion Jacques Villeneuve isn't happy with one aspect of the regulations. A budget cap of $175 million has been introduced, but the Canadian doesn't think it is fair. He claims that smaller teams will use it as an excuse to spend even less than they already do to maximise profits, whilst staying at the lower end of the midfield.
