Villeneuve: Why help teams like Williams who don't deserve it?
Formula 1 World Champion turned Sky Italia pundit, Jacques Villeneuve says a team like Williams 'do not deserve' a budget cap because they bring nothing to the table at the highest level. The outspoken Canadian is the last driver to have won an F1 World Championship for the British team, but he is now highly critical of efforts to make surviving easier for the once-mighty team turned into the laughing stock of the sport. 'What's the idea with helping the small teams who don't deserve it?' he told Le Journal de Montreal. 'Does an organisation like Williams have the right to be as fast as Mercedes or Ferrari?
