Confident Russell says he'd 'bet his house' on Williams improvement
George Russell claims he would “bet his house” on Williams being more competitive in 2020 than they have been in 2019, and that their car will be ready to hit the ground running after winter testing. Williams have basically been around to make up the numbers this season, having scored just one point in the constructors’ championship after Robert Kubica took advantage of a crazy German Grand Prix to finish 10th.
