Was Hulkenberg ever in the running for Red Bull drive?
In the wake of Renault's decision to replace Nico Hulkenberg with Esteban in the team for 2020, the German has options to remain on the grid beyond this year of which Haas appears the most likely butan outside chance of a Red Bull drive is also being explored. It is believed Haas is in advanced negotiations with the Renault reject, but reports indicate Hulkenberg is also interested in being Max Verstappen's 2020 teammate.
