Giovinazzi handed Hungary grid penalty

Antonio Giovinazzi was hit with a three-place grid penalty at the Hungarian Grand Prix for blocking Lance Stroll in Saturday's first segment at the Hungaroring. Giovinazzi hindered Stroll through Turns 4 and 5 in Budapest, with the Racing Point man only able to go 19th-fastest and falling out of Q1 yet again.
