Russell: Williams in it for the long term

The Championship standings don't make great reading for Williams but George Russell has explained the team's long term aims and believes the team are setting the foundations for the future. Williams entered the 2019 season with a new lineup of Robert Kubica and George Russell after finishing last in the Constructors' standings last season. However, their pair this season have had an even worse time and are yet to score a single point with Russell's P14 at Silverstone their best result of the season. Despite results gradually improving this season things still aren't great but Russell revealed that Williams have ditched short term progress in to lay the foundations for the future....
