Todt 'not worried' about delay to 2021 regulation announcement

Jean Todt, the president of the FIA says that he is not concerned by the delay to the announcement of the new rules and regulations set to be implemented into Formula One in 2021. Radical changes are expected to come into place in two years' time, aimed at levelling the playing field, and making racing more exciting for the viewer, but the reveal of the rules has been delayed until October.
