Latifi to drive for Williams in Canada FP1

Nicholas Latifi will get his first experience of an F1 weekend when he jumps in the Williams for FP1 at the Canadian Grand Prix on Friday. 23-year old Latifi is looking to become the second Canadian on the grid, joining Lance Stroll, and he will take over Robert Kubica’s Williams for the first session of the weekend. Latifi is top of the F2 standings after four rounds and participated in tests for Williams in both Bahrain and Barcelona earlier this season.
