Breaking: Chase Carey confirms Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort

Chase Carey has explained the reasoning behind Formula One's return to Holland and Zandvoort for the Dutch Grand Prix saying the "the heart and the passion are second to none" at the press event at the circuit.
