Russell calls for Williams aim following Mercedes test

George Russell believes Williams should be striving to be like Mercedes following the rookie's in-season test in Bahrain with the team saw him top the time charts in just his second time in the car. Russell is a Mercedes junior driver but is currently racing for Williams in which he has finished second to last in both races so far, only beating his teammate Robert Kubica. Williams have seen a gradual decline in recent years and finished bottom of last season’s standing with a mere seven points.
