George Russell: Patrick Head's "strong character" is what Williams "need"
On Friday, Williams announced Sir Patrick Head will make his return to Williams in a technical consultancy role. Rookie driver George Russell believes Head's return is exactly what the team need as they continue to have troubles at the back of the grid. Head, a co-founder of Williams, walked away from the British team in 2011. Since then, Williams has slipped down the grid and last year experienced their worst season in Formula 1.
