Wolff happy with budget cap: "We want it"

A budget cap has been talked about a lot in recent times, with Liberty Media set to introduce an upper limit on how much F1 teams are allowed to spend, in order to close the field up and make the championship more competitive. A lot of the smaller teams have voiced concerns and complaints about being unable to compete due to the huge gap in spending between the teams and the top and those at the bottom. Mercedes have been one of the biggest spenders recently, but team manager Toto Wolff still thinks the budget cap is a positive idea.
