Kvyat proud to hold off Gasly

It was a very solid showing from Daniil Kvyat on his second F1 debut as he finished tenth and scored a point on his return to Toro Rosso after a year out in 2018. What was even more impressive is the way he held off Red Bull’s Pierre Gasly for many laps in the closing stages of the race. Gasly started 17th and clearly had a faster car than the Russian, but could not make the move to overtake and had to settle for a disappointing 11th in his first race for Red Bull. After the race Kvyat said: "It was quite satisfying to hold a quicker car for a whole race behind you. I had to focus a lot on what was going on behind me but great to come out of this race in the points....
