Williams to miss first day of testing

The Williams F1 team have confirmed that they will sit out the first day of preseason testing in Barcelona. The former constructors' champions revealed that they 'need more time' to get their 2019 car – the FW42 – ready for testing. The team had already cancelled a filming day due to time constraints with finishing the car, but the delays have now continued into the test days.
