Toro Rosso has become the second team to reveal its 2019 contender, the STR14. As always, at the beginning of the year, please sum up the key factors of this upcoming 2019 SeasonFranz Tost (Team Principal): I could summarize them in three main points: The team, the car, and the drivers.
