Haas adopting 'wait and see' approach to 2021
Haas F1 is taking a cautious approach when it comes to planning for its future in Formula 1, according to team boss Guenther Steiner. “I can only talk for the next two years because we don’t have a contract beyond that!” Steiner told RACER magazine when asked what the team was hoping to achieve in the next few seasons. Team owners, the FIA and owners Liberty Media are currently locked in discussions about how the sport will look in 2021 and beyond. The outcome will have a big impact on Haas, which is F1's newest and smallest team.
