Formula 1 to host first ever season launch in Melbourne

To mark the start of the 2019 FIA Formula 1 World Championship, Formula 1 has announced Melbourne will play host to the inaugural season launch event on Wednesday 13th March, ahead of the 2019 Formula 1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix. Taking place in the pulsating heart of the city, fans will have the opportunity to see all twenty drivers and ten team principals descend on Federation Square, all together to open the season for the first time in the sport’s history.
