Video: The skinny on Formula 1's 2019 rule changes
Over the past few months, teams have been hard at work finalizing their 2019 designs that will integrate a few significant technical rule changes. In a bid to facilitate overtaking and - ultimately - promote closer racing, Formula 1 will introduce a new aero package that will include a less sophisticated front-wing design, simplified front brake ducts with no winglets and a wider, deeper rear wing. Not everyone is on-board with the changes, with Red Bull's Christian Horner fearing the modifications - rushed in his view - won't amount to anything more than a boatload of wasted money!
