Steiner: Third car idea could confuse viewers

Haas boss Guenther Steiner believes that adding a third car to Formula One teams could confuse the fans. There has been speculation about this and largely, this idea has been promoted and campaigned for by Mercedes boss Toto Wolff - to try and benefit young drivers more than the sport is currently doing. However, one of his rival bosses disagrees with the Austrian. "I'm not in agreement with a third car because it could confuse the whole picture," Steiner thinks. "It would be very difficult to understand for the fans and new spectators that sometimes a third car could run.
