Video: Singapore GP – Circuit of Champions
The Singapore Grand Prix is quickly gaining the reputation as the race which makes Formula 1 world titles winners. The Marina Bay Street Circuit has exlusively hosted race winners who have also clinched world championships – the sole track on the current F1 calendar to hold that feat. Nico Rosberg initially broke the run with victory in 2016 but later that year sealed his F1 world title in Abu Dhabi to restore the impressive record. This year the Singapore round at the Marina Bay Street Circuit hosts the opening Asian flyaway race following the European stretch, with F1 arriving at the city between September 14-16.
