Helmut Marko Issues Red Bull Quit Threat If Honda Fails

Dr Helmut Marko states that if Honda‘s partnership with Aston Martin Red Bull Racing fails, the team will quit Formula 1. Red Bull will end it's 12-year association with current engine suppliers Renault at the end of this season, beginning a new era with Honda next year. Honda are currently engine suppliers to Red Bull's sister team, Red Bull Toro Rosso Honda and have produced promising results, with fourth place at the Bahrain Grand Prix their best result to date. But the improvement of Honda's engine wasn't enough to convince Daniel Ricciardo to stay with the team, as he'll leave to join Renault Sport Formula One Team next year.
