Grosjean excluded from Italian GP after Haas ruled 'non-compliant'

Romain Grosjean has been excluded from the Italian Grand Prix after his Haas car was found to infringe regulations by the FIA after Renault made a complaint. The move restores Renault into fourth in the constructors' standings after Haas had moved aead of them at Monza. The floor of Grosjean's car was found to be "not in compliance" with technical regulations at Monza, but Haas are able to appeal the decision. Haas have attracted accusatory glances from their rivals for much of the campaign after emerging from pre-season testing at the front of the midfield pack.
