VIDEO: Hamilton and Vettel crash on Monza opening lap!

Formula 1 title rivals Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton collided on the opening lap of the Italian Grand Prix as the Mercedes man muscled P2 off the Ferrari, who spun to the back fo the race in a chaotic start at Monza.
