Norris wants another McLaren chance after washout at Monza

Lando Norris is keen to get back behind the wheel at McLaren after his second outing was affected by weather conditions. The Brit took over driving responsibilities from Stoffel Vandoorne during FP1 at Monza but the downpour before the session meant meaningful running was difficult for the F2 driver. Speaking after his stint in the MCL33, Norris admitted that the conditions didn't help his performance and that another chance at the wheel would be something he will be hoping for very soon. “I would hope because I didn’t get many laps today they would make up for it,” Norris is quoted by F1Today. “But I’m not too sure.
