Norris receives McLaren Spa practice run
Lando Norris tested for McLaren after the Hungarian Grand Prix Rising star Lando Norris will deputise for Fernando Alonso in Friday's opening practice at this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix. McLaren has confirmed it will run the the 18-year-old in the session which will be the Brit's first outing during a grand prix weekend. Norris, who is the reserve driver at the Woking team, has recently driven for the operation in a test following he Hungarian Grand Prix. The Formula 2 front runner is understood to be in contention for a race seat at McLaren should the squad elect to replace Stoffel Vandoorne.
