Magnussen looking to win 'best of the rest' title

It has been common knowledge for a long time now that nobody from outside the top three teams is getting anywhere near the top six in the drivers’ standings this year, which has led Haas driver Kevin Magnussen to aim for the unofficial title as the ‘best of the rest’ teams. Seventh position in the drivers’ standings is currently held by Renault’s Nico Hulkenberg, who leads Magnussen by seven points, but the Dane is hoping to reel in Hulkenberg in the second half of the season.
