Verstappen believes Honda engine penalties are misleading

Red Bull's Max Verstappen thinks that it's wrong to interpret Honda's large amount of changes to their engine as poor reliability this season. Honda supply the power unit system for Red Bull's junior team, Toro Rosso and Pierre Gasly and Brendon Hartley have used more engine elements than any other drivers this season so far. The Japanese manufacturer have usually made changes tactically but sometimes have altered things when it's necessary - e.g. Hartley receiving new components after crashes in Spain and England.
