Fernando Alonso 'annoyed' that FOM pick on his team radio
Fernando Alonso says he finds it 'quite annoying' that he is frequently picked on for team radio broadcasts that he said were intended to be 'private'. Formula One Management (FOM) have access to all driver and team radio broadcasts and can choose to air them if they wish, but Alonso believes he is unfairly picked on after one of his messages to the team was aired during qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix. McLaren asked Alonso if he wanted new intermediate tyres, or full wet weather tyres, to which he replied: 'I think we should go to the garage.'
