Mercedes unsure if they will get penalties at Silverstone

Mercedes have claimed they remain unsure about whether both drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas will receive a penalty or not. The duo retired during the Austrian Grand Prix with two separate incidents. British driver Hamilton picked up a fuel-pump issue after Bottas retired with a hydraulic failure. In the process of fixing the parts, they believe they won't have to replace anything that will land them with a grid penalty.
