Lance Stroll handed time penalty and three points

Williams driver Lance Stroll has been handed a ten-second time penalty and three penalty points for failing to abide by blue flag rules during the Austrian Grand Prix. The penalty means Stroll drops from 13th to 14th, promoting his team-mate Sergey Sirotkin. The incident happened with just four laps remaining, with the Canadian emerging ahead of Force India's Sergio Perez after a late stop for fresh tyres. His Williams team told him to try and stay ahead of Perez, which meant Stroll ignored repeated blue flags, informing him to move over. 'The driver of car #18 admitted he had seen the blue flags, light panels and the light on his steering wheel,' a stewards' statement confirmed....
