Mercedes continue dominant form - FP1 summary and results

Lewis Hamilton finishes top of the timesheets in an incident-free FP1. Hamilton was top of the pile for the majority of the session. Red Bull ended up splitting the Ferrari's on their home track finishing 3rd and 5th. Valtteri Bottas backed up his team-mate to complete the 1-2. The Silver Arrows received plenty of upgrades this weekend as they look to continue their push towards the summer break. And they made a positive start under the upgrades as they dominated most of the session. McLaren once again had a difficult session. Vandoorne was under an investigation at the hour mark for an unsafe release. The same McLaren then ran wide at the final corner which caused damage to his front...
