Sainz happy with double points finish despite "boring race"

He only made up one place from where he started in the Canadian Grand Prix, but Renault's Carlos Sainz Jr is still happy with the double points finish him and his teammate Nico Hulkenberg achieved. The Spaniard qualified in ninth place, but overtook Force India's Esteban Ocon to finish in P8. Not the most eventful race ever for Sainz, but he's still content with the overall team performance. "The goal was to finish in the points with both cars and we succeeded, largely thanks to the perfects tactics of the team," Sainz reflected on the race.
