Williams: "We have to dig a little deeper, work harder"
Clair Williams says that Williams knows where they need to improve this season and that the team will persevere in the face of a disappointing 2018. Williams has struggled at almost all of the races this year, minus Baku which masked several weaknesses of the car rather than the team finding outright pace. Williams stated that the team didn't go into the season expecting to win races, but the performance levels they have shown so far have fallen far below expectation "We did not approach the season thinking we were going to win.
