Sauber need to change mindset says Ericsson

Marcus Ericsson claims Sauber need to change their mindset heading into Grand Prix weekends. Since the hybrid era arrived, Sauber have been falling down the grid.  Sauber are currently 9th in the constructors' standings, but only 9 points away from 7th placed Toro Rosso.
