Todt hits back at drivers complaining over rules – FIA president Jean Todt has hit back at the drivers who are saying they want more of a say about the rules in Formula One. Sebastian Vettel said in Barcelona that the 2019 rule changes designed to aid overtaking are, 'comical'. 'Not to say that we know everything, but we know how the cars feel,' said the Ferrari driver. 'But we're not really asked.'
