Formula1 drivers on sportscar duty at Spa
Fernando Alonso's participation in the World Endurance Championship with Toyota is viewed as an exception to the rule of exclusivity which prevails for modern day Formula 1 drivers. One will recall however that over forty years ago racing every weekend in various categories was the norm rather than the exception for many Grand Prix men. Jo Siffert is seen here at Spa hounding Porsche John Wyer team mate Pedro Rodriguez up Eau Rouge, while leaving one very brave marshal in the dust!
