Technical director Jorg Zander out at Sauber
The Alfa Romeo Sauber F1 Team has announced that technical director Jorg Zander has stopped working for the Swiss out with immediate effect. Zander had joined Sauber at the end of 2016, after leading Audi's WEC tech department. In the past, the 54-year-old engineer also worked for several F1 teams, including Brawn Grand Prix in 2009,the year of the team's world championship title.
