Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel look set to go head-to-head Formula 1 championship favourites Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel look to extend their feisty rivalry into the 2018 season following Saturday’s post-qualifying press conference in Melbourne.
