There's no doubting Sergey Sirotkin's dedication to Williams, with the Russian rookie putting in all the hard work required to ready himself for his F1 debut. The 22-year-old has embedded himself with the Grove-based outfit since the start of the year, gaining knowledge and honing his skills in the Williams simulator day in and day out.
