Bottas not in favour of 'mixing other series with F1'

Valtteri Bottas doubts he'll ever take a leaf out Fernando Alonso's book of racing and venture out to other motorsport series while racing in F1. Alonso's 'Triple Crown' ambitions took the McLaren driver to Indianapolis last year, and have set him on the road to Le Mans with Toyota this season. Bottas however feels the intensity and workload of Grand Prix racing requires an exclusive focus. Alonso convinced a win is in the cards in 2018 "If he feels he has the time and energy for that, it's no issue," said the Mercedes driver who conquered his first three F1 wins in 2017.
