Sauber confirm Leclerc and Ericsson for 2018

Sauber have confirmed that Charles Leclerc and Marcus Ericsson will race for the team for the 2018 season, with Antonio Giovinazzi taking a reserve driver role. Just days after confirming their new partnership with Alfa Romeo, the Sauber team confirmed their driver line-up through social media during a presentation at the Museo Storico Alfa Romeo. Charles Leclerc will make his much-anticipated Formula One debut in 2018 after storming to the Formula Two title in 2017 with Prema. The Monegasque driver is part of the Ferrari driver academy, and has taken part in various test sessions for the Scuderia, as well as the Ferrari-powered Haas and Sauber teams.
